Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

- We have no control over customs delays or charges and cannot predict their amount
- If you refuse a package due to customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund
Packaging
Each wooden product is carefully packed using:
- Bubble wrap and tissue paper for individual items
- Corrugated cardboard boxes for outer protection
- Fragile stickers and handling instructions on the package
- For international orders: additional cushioning and reinforced packaging
We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat, excluding holidays)
- Custom or made-to-order items may take 5-10 business days to prepare
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched
Export Compliance
All our wooden products comply with international export standards:
- ISPM-15 heat treatment standards for wood packaging
- Phytosanitary certificates provided where required
- CITES compliance · only non-restricted wood species used
- Proper commercial invoices and export documentation included
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders page.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement
- If your item arrives damaged, report within 48 hours with photos · we will replace or refund at no cost to you
